Disgusting FLOW service

THE EDITOR, Sir:

Dear Flow TV,

You disappeared from my TV screen (FLOW a/c 50320437) on Friday, August 10, 2018, and as at writing Monday, September 17, 2018, you have not come back. I have made 11 calls and sent four emails to your office without success. Three technicians have also visited my home and they also cannot find you.
I have given up hope of ever seeing you again.
