Crime is a business. Our crime fighting apparatus must therefore be equipped to fight a criminal enterprise. Our methods, tactics and tools must therefore be appropriate for the task at hand. The old methods won’t be very successful against modern crime syndicates. We must pivot. – @Zemi66

Good, but many parents need help and some role models are criminals. Teacher resources and early intervention for tardiness, mental health, and substance abuse especially, for young men who are often neglected. Avoid blame and focus on job training, employment and accountability! – @mydocvu
