A more convenient Sagicor Ocho Rios
Sagicor Life has taken a step down to increase its service capacity to clients, moving office from the upper to the ground floor at Newlin Street, Ocho Rios.
Last Thursday, the renovated office was officially opened. Richard Byles, Sagicor's president and chief executive officer, lauded the achievements of the Ocho Rios branch.
"This expanded new premises is part of Sagicor's continued commitment to providing outstanding service and convenience to clients and maintaining Sagicor's continued partnership with the community," Byles noted.
Also hailing the new facility was Mark Chisholm, executive vice-president, Individual Life, Sagicor Life Insurance.
"We expect the newly recreated ambience of the new Sagicor Life Branch to indicate to clients that Sagicor Life is here to deliver quality service to the community by offering a variety of insurance products and solutions that will create wealth for future generations," Chisholm said
Chisholm added that the branch is equipped with outstanding team members to strengthen the community by allowing ease of access to a variety of financial services to fit respective situations, budgets and financial goals.
Among the upgrade at the office is an expanded teller line, increased customer-seating capacity in a comfortable and secure lounge area.
Custos of St Ann, Norma Walters, applauded Sagicor's renovated premises and the role the investment will continue to play in maintaining Sagicor Life as a good corporate citizen in the parish.
