Last Thursday, the Friends of Devon House Philanthropic committee hosted a five-course dinner on the East lawn of the Devon House for over 150 diners, courtesy of a few of Jamaica's finest culinary experts.

Chefs Celeste Gordon, Colin Hylton, Dennis McIntosh and patisserie Alecia Woodbine all came together to create a five-course menu that was simply superb. Each course was paired with some of the finest wines from the CPJ collection such as the Fetzer Riesling, Bonterra Sauvignon Blanc and the Fetzer Valley Oaks Chardonnay.

Proceeds from the dinner are earmarked for various projects for the property, determined in concert with the board and management of Devon House.

Here is our Thursday foodie highlights from the fab five-course fest!
