'Glow' this Saturday with the Skyy Gleaner 180 cocktail

Skyy Vodka, with a passion for perfection, and Island Vibes, who have committed to reshaping the Caribbean entertainment landscape, will partner on Saturday, April 26 to create Jamaica's first-ever Electronic Soca Fête, GLOW, within the walls of the Chinese Benevolent Association (CBA).

There is no doubt that Jamaica has seen an explosion of carnival-time events this year, with a number of new groupings attempting to carve out their place among the carnival faithful. One group, however, is off to an amazing start; they call themselves Island Vibes. The event is being promoted as an epic one, with Island Vibes teaming with SKYY Vodka to present the high energy, drink-inclusive fête.

To create another unique experience for the patrons (which is the mandate of all the parties involved) the Skyy Vodka team has joined forces with #teamblue to create a signature cocktail for the night in celebration of The Gleaner's upcoming 180-year milestone. The 'Skyy Gleaner 180' cocktail will be the official welcome drink at GLOW. It's a refreshing, cool, smooth cocktail that can easily be replicated at home for those patrons who will want to celebrate with The Gleaner, leading up to the September 13 birthday celebration.

The group promises to transform the CBA into a Soca/EDM lover's paradise with a heavy focus on production and special effects. A super line-up consisting of ace disc jockeys Richie RAS, Bambino, DJ Sanjay, and Nuphoric from Trinidad is enough indication of the musical frenzy that will come over patrons present at the CBA.
