The Wildflower Middle Eastern Restaurant has made a name for itself in the Portmore community after decades of continuously providing great service and delectable dishes.

Established in 1994 at Portmore Plaza on Port Henderson Road by Lester Ken Crookes, the restaurant is known and loved for both local and Chinese dishes.

"We are well known for our great chop suey, malaw chicken and chow mein, among others," manager Kelly-Ann Elliott told Food. She continued, "We have now added Jamaican soups to the menu such as peas soup and manish water. For persons who are seafood lovers, we do fish, lobster and shrimp done to order.'' Middle Eastern's Jerk Fridays also provide something different for customers, with jerked fish, pork and chicken, served with a variety of side orders that include bread, roasted breadfruit, festivals and even turned cornmeal.
