Portmore United face easy test against Benfica today

Tournament leaders Portmore United look set to score another victory when they host last place Benfica this afternoon in the Jamaica Football Federation/Premier League Clubs Association Under-21 League.



The match will take place at Ferdie Neita Park in Portmore and is scheduled to kick off at 4 p.m.



Also at 4 p.m., eighth place Waterhouse will face seventh place Village United at Drewsland Stadium.



There are two matches scheduled to kick off at 3 p.m. Those games are ninth place Arnett Gardens hosting third place Harbour View at Anthony Spaulding Complex and fifth place Humble Lion entertaining sixth place Reno at Effortville Community Centre in Clarendon.



The day’s other game features fourth place Tivoli Gardens against second-from-the bottom Boys’ Town at Edward Seaga Complex at 5 p.m.



Meanwhile, the game between second place Sporting Central Academy and 10th place St George’s at Lynch Park in Portland has been postponed due to a waterlogged field.
