Curfew imposed in the St. Thomas division

A curfew imposed on sections of the St. Thomas Division called Back Bush since yesterday remains in effect until 6:00 p.m. this evening.



The boundaries are north along the Springfield main road from an imaginary line to the west to Friendship Pen Road; south along the Mount River bank from Friendship Pen Road to an imaginary line to the west; east along Friendship Pen main road from the Springfield main road to the Morant River bank and west along an imaginary line from the Morant River bank to the Springfield main road.



During the hours of the curfew all persons within the boundaries are required to remain within their premises unless otherwise authorized in writing by a member of the security force, who is in charge of enforcing the curfew.
