Allow me to congratulate our Jamaican athletes that have represented us at the World Championships. Of course, I must specially commend those who have medalled - Yohan Blake, Veronica Campbell-Brown, Melaine Walker, and Usain Bolt, among others, who have proven themselves as phenomenal athletes to whom we owe a great deal of our national pride.
