Curfew imposed in Central Kingston
A 48-hour curfew has been imposed in the Kingston Central Police Division.
The curfew began at 6 p.m. on Wednesday and will remain in effect until 6 p.m. on Friday.
The boundaries are:
North: Along Connelley Avenue using an imaginary line from Marescaux Road to Anderson Road.
South: Along North Avenue using an imaginary line from Moss Lane to Anderson Road.
East: Along Anderson Road using an imaginary line between Connelley Avenue and North Avenue.
West: Along National Heroes Circle using an imaginary line from Connelley Avenue to North Avenue.
During the hours of the curfew, persons within the boundaries are required to remain indoors unless otherwise authorised by the person in charge of enforcing the curfew.
